This song, "Rock n Roll, Morning Light Falls On You" was also covered by Kessoku Band in their album, and was used as credits song for its final episode. So in a sense this AMV is already canon in promoting the band.

Also the surnames of the band members of Kessoku Band were taken from the surnames of the members of Asian Kung-Fu Generation. As well as the episode names were taken from their songs.

There really hasn't been anything like Bocchi The Rock in many years

As someone who fell in love with the medium and pursued it, seeing season after season of shows pumped out for the sake of doing so, many shoddily made adaptations, BtR's entire adaptation story is in itself one of the most inspiring I've heard in recent years

Within the same year, we've seen mass retrenchments of animators, and notably for one of the biggest shows of the same season (which i will leave unnamed because you likely know what) was notably said in an article that animators were told to animate in the "least fun" manner

And well, BtR's entire team was the antithesis of this work ethic

And it's telling, in a season against some of the most highly anticipated adaptations without any real hype to build up, it still won anime of the year, as well as 8 other awards, the care and love put into this, the stellar background work made from scouting real locations, to the animators all reportedly chiming in what they thought would make scenes even funnier even for a gag that lasts for just a few seconds, to the musicians specifically picked out to produce the amazing soundtrack that too would become one of the top selling anime OST, no, even in mainstream charts of all time

BtR has rekindled my love for this medium, as well as being the catalyst to pursue new passions in finally learning an instrument

Life inspires art, and in the same way it too inspires life, passion is something that can be truly felt, and Bocchi The Rock has really shown that to us all.

I think this is one of your best so far. Bocchi is a very funny show, so the beauty in some of the shots/composition gets missed on initial watch. This video certainly succeeds at showcasing that beauty.

I love and adore this show...And having recently visited many of the real life locations used in the show..Including sitting on the swing Hitori is sitting on in Ep.1 when Nijika first finds her (your opening picture)...I love it even more!.

my favourite anime of all time and will most likely stay that way forever. It is relatable to not just me but so many others in the world and honestly just watching this makes me somewhat emotional. Makes me all the more hyped for the future of this franchise and the re-cap movie coming next year.
