I currently have a 2023 AT4 with 38K miles that had a transmission failure while driving cross country two weeks ago. Im currently stranded in Wyoming and discovered that there is a national back order on transmissions and /or parts which could take a couple months to get. My dealer in Florida as well as corporate GM offer no help whatsoever. GM said I can apply for travel interruption but it's not guaranteed. After doing lots of research I found that this is a fairly common problem with the 10 speed foe Allison transmission.
Im left with no other options but to buy another new truck to continue my trip! the rental company requires me to return this rental to Colorado with limited daily miles. Thank god I have a close family friend that owns several dealerships in the Chicago area who is transporting a 2024 3500 AT4 to my stranded location and willing to take my trade, which will sit on her lot next the other three they have awaiting transmissions.. Shame on GM for not taking care of this issue! Im out of pocket close to 5K with failure (car rental, lodging, towing and camper storage fee's) not to mention loosing my truck with $15K of extras. This will be my 4th GMC truck in a 25 year period! I love it the truck, but very very disappointed in my dealer back home as well as Corporate GM who has left me stranded for 13 days now. Thank You Roseanna Piemonte for bailing out of this bad situation and saving. me 10k.

That's a killer truck! It's a luxury RV tow vehicle, not a construction work truck or serious off-road vehicle. Nothing wrong with that. Really like the profile shots of the vehicles. Thanks!

Very nice video! The 2500 even in Ultimate does not have an Super Cruise option. I believe only 1500's
BTW, How is the 2500 rides comparing to the 3500? And does Denali model just different from its seat material?

The one button for the lighting upper left turns on the bed illumination lamp so you can see in the truck bed at night.

I like the automatic transmission is a stick shifter not a push button gear shifter. 🙂

Placed an order for a F350 January 28th. Today I find out they are not building it, I need to reorder as a 24. I’ve waited 7 months and don’t feel like another long wait. Tomorrow I’m pricing a 3500 AT4 Great review
