I would like to ask, How to Insert "legend, Fishing Stakes (see note)?

According to Me & NMs, this corrections are inserting Mark Permanently.

But According to the Note from Admiralty nautical chart.
Fishing Stakes
In the last sentences" THEIR POSITION MAY CHANGE FREQUENTLY.

I think this Correction should be Temporary.

I think you should made a Video how to made Chart Correction about this.
