Ok I have a 77" S95c, settings are in game mode, hgig enabled, dtm is off, temp warm 2, etc. What I am confused about is when I use the Xbox HDR calibration app.Rtings says in a 10% window in game mode that the S95C peak brightness is roughly 1200 cd/m², also I am going by the 10% window, is because if you read the hgig pdf guidlines, it says the minTML, MaxTML, and MaxFFTML is based on a 10% window. In the HDR Calibration app I put MinTML at 0.000 which is obvious because I have a OLED. Going by Rting's testing I put MaxTML to 1200 and MFFTML to 1200. The instructions say increase until the blocks are the same brightness, with MaxTML the blocks are the sane brightness when the number is at 2400. With MaxFFTML the blocks are the same brightness when the number reads 1600. Exactly what numbers do I go by, should I follow the instructions? Is it ok if the blocks are not the ssme brightness? No one seems to talk about this and it needs to be cleared up.

Does anyone know why when freesync is enabled on TV or monitor the colors are washed picture quality looks much low when it's turn it so back normal is there a Fix for this

Thanks for making this comparison video. The HDR looks a bit like it's just an overlay filter, so SDR does seem to look better in this case. Would personally prefer brighter games with higher dynamic range

Random question but what tech are you using to look at the max nits and the spectrometer? Might be a good video to explain that tech to people interested in calibrating their tv's/monitors.

Recently i buyed Tcl c805 tv 55 inch (acourding to display specifications 1 300 nits of peak brightness), and i can`t decide right settings for my ps5 hdr calibration. Should i activate local dimming before ps5 hdr calibraton, hgig enabled, dynamic tone mapping disabled (sun dissapears - first 16 clicks - around 1137 nits, second - 15 clicks (985 nits). After that i activate DTM Balance because without it picture looks dim. Or i must disable local dimming, disable DTM, Hgig on (Then sun dissapears first at 12 clics (around 634 nits) second also 12 clicks, then i activate DTM balance. Please share with your opinion, thanks for attention and forgive my english)

I love the game and I can understand that creating an hdr Mode with a small team is probably not feasible.
At least there's Auto HDR for Xbox and Windows. I tried RTX HDR but that still doesn't work while a second monitor is connected.

The game looks identical to Banishers but cheapely made. Almost the same girl character as well, copied the weapons and enemies, the direction UI on top, pretty much everything. Its just diff. setting, thats all.

PS, Banishers looks stunning with RTX HDR. Highly recommended.
