she is qualified to avail philippine cirizenship because she has been here in the philippines so many decades ago which is the primary qualification to be naturalized as filipino citizen. in regards with her qualifications she also qualified to file her candidacy since she is not yet convicted if ever there are cases filed against her until the court ruled out she is guilty beyond reasonable doubt for her crimes allegedly she committed.
