Map Mavin - How to Toggle Layers On and Off

For those of you who've used our system for awhile you'll recall that in the past we had check boxes next to each layer in a map. With our current version of Map Mavin, we've done away with the check boxes and now you simply click the layer to toggle it on or off (the titles of layers that are turned off will appear greyed out in your layer tree).
