If the enemy is very tanky (Dun, Dian wei, liu shan), WHICH one is better build for the assassin jungler, tank or damage?

The midlane (heino) complained about their damage build jungler on Twitter. What i noticed Nobody in his team having anti-regen item except for the clash lane (Allain)

What pique my interest the Enemy's Dun & Dian Wei had blazing cape as early and mid item 😮
As Dun main i wanna try it if i met Allain

I just spam da qiao, one hell of support. The thing i like about her skill have knockback and low cd, can become bait setup recall first. Somehow i become mvp in couple of match, now im in grandmaster they banned it always.. dang it
