North Korea says Russian President Vladimir Putin will arrive in the country tomorrow for a two-day visit. Putin is expected to meet North Korean leader Kim Jong Un for talks on expanding military cooperation between the two countries.

It will be Putin's first visit to North Korea in 24 years. The trip is happening as the international community's concern grows over North Korea's role in providing much-needed weapons to Russia for use in its war with Ukraine.

They'll both be wearing their elevated shoes with 2 inch soles and 3 inch heels.

I guess he has wrapped up his G1 summit?
Nice tax hikes, Vlad. They must be very popular in your faltering economy.

Russian troops hate North Korean ammunition. Not only are there a high percentage of duds, but the shells that do fire aren't loaded consistently, so they often land short or long.
