2# As I see, the relationship and overall story of these two is the only consistently greatly written part of the sequels. I was mostly content with the ending. Actually I was surprised there was even a kiss and they didn't just leave the romance in the subtext.. So yeah I LOVED it.

Did you notice that everytime Ben sees Rey, he tooks his helmet off. He knew that she hates it and do it so she can be more comfortable. :)

He was stronger than Darth Vader, he finished what his grandfather started. He managed to save his beloved's life.

If they would have ended the scene at his smile, that would have been sufficient. They would have a good story with Rey & Ben partnering up like Han & Leia, but continuing. Darkness & evil are never 100% gone & it would make an exciting story with them working together. He has to come back to complete the dyad.

The blurry lines between the Sith and the Jedi. Rey and Ben managed to escape from the strict boundaries but only for so little before having to be punished with losing one another once again.

This is INCREDIBLE. The whole time watching the film and Rey & Kylo’s interactions I kept thinking of Anakin, what he feared, what he wanted and would want of his grandson. This video shows all of that and more.

"The Jedi suffers and only cares about others"...in the end that's what Kylo Ren did and came full circle. His story arc is truly amazing in this trilogy and absolutely worth the watch.

If you remember in TFA, you first see Kylo speaking to Vaders burned helmet, and stating "I'll finish what you started", meaning of course, he found the way to bring back a loved one from death, something Anakin fought so hard for, but got sidetracked and betrayed by Palpatine, who was actually siphoning off Padme's life force.

Their relationship is so beautifully written. It is the only consistent thing in this trilogy. I loved how their bond grows and gets stronger with time. In TROS Ben senses her “she is close”, she also feels when he arrives to help her to destroy Palpatine. They are like ONE. This so profound, spiritual and romantic. The problem with Star Wars is that it leaves too many options opened. One could think Ben is not dead, that he could be in the world between worlds or that he is still with Rey because “no one is really gone”. Her facial expression was so weird when Ben passed, as if something surprised her, it was not an expression of sadness. I was clueless about what she felt. When I left the theater I knew it would not be the last movie about the Skywalkers. They are the soul of Star Wars, a decade from now we might see Ben Solo again. SW without him is like the The Godfather without Michael Corleone!!

I didn’t get this ship until the kiss. It’s so amazing. Rey believes in Ben not Kylo REN you can tell because she calls him Ben. But after the second film I think she gave up on him, and I think he knew that she gave up on him. That made him act out in more anger. That also may have been the reason why she says REN in the last film instead of Ben. But after the big fight where his mother dies, I think bens reaction made Rey relize that Kylo is dead and that caused her to act and save his life, which in return he saved her life. It was beautiful and I can’t wait what stars wars does next with Rey and if they decide to bring Ben back some how

I loved this. The movie crítics, here in Brazil, are speaking so bad about the film. There are no surprises at all and that is why so disapointed. "A film without soul" as they say. For my personal opinion, I Love StarWars no matter what critics say. Poeple don't beleive in redemption but I do. I beleive the love between Rey and Kylo/Ben, speacially because Dayse Ridley and Adam Driver who portraited theses characters so well. Of course there are things that I desagree but these two will always be beloved characters for me. And the story ended with dignity.
