The prosecution claimed in their closing arguments Monday that Kyle Rittenhouse, 17, traveled to Kenosha 'expecting and anticipating violence' on the night of August 25, 2020, Assistant District Attorney Thomas Binger told the jury Rittenhouse was looking for the 'thrill' of telling people what to do, 'running around with an AR-15' with 'neither the honor nor the legal right to do so'.Urging the jury to 'keep an open mind,' Binger said, 'In America it's hard these days. There's polarization, but this is not a political case and there's common ground here'. Binger held Rittenhouse's AR-15 aloft as he spoke, pointing it on the corner of the courtroom.Earlier Monday morning, Judge Bruce Schroeder dismissed count 6 from Rittenhouse's rap sheet - illegal possession of a firearm,

The cops sitting in front of Binger are thinking: "This fool has just violated every gun safety rule we learned in the academy."

His knowledge on gun safety parallels his knowledge of law.

Cant believe that he pointed a gun at a jury with his finger on the trigger.

He didn't check the gun himself to see if it was loaded,
We call this a "Baldwin".

This guy is guilty of multiple counts of violating Wisconsin law on pointing a firearm at people. The law indicates this is true whether it's loaded or unloaded. We have them on video with numerous Witnesses. This man should never own a firearm and should never be a government employee after we all witnessed his criminal behavior in court

NEVER ALLOW A LIBERAL TO HANDLE A FIREARM REGARDLESS OF THE CIRCUMSTANCES.

Probably the first time little Binger ever held a gun.

Impressive how he violated four gun safety rules, all at once. All while pointing at the jury.

0:28 I love how the photographer instantly stands up and takes a photo of Binger like he knew exactly this photo is going to go viral.

Shocking gun safety in the prosecutions part. Finger inside trigger guard. Always assume a weapon is loaded and that safety will not work properly.

The witnesses have already said he was acting in self defence

Prosecutor better start looking for a different career.

ALWAYS KEEP YOUR FIREARM POINTED IN A SAFE DIRECTION.

2. TREAT ALL FIREARMS AS IF THEY WERE LOADED.

3. KEEP YOUR TRIGGER FINGER OUTSIDE THE GUARD AND OFF OF THE TRIGGER UNTIL YOU ARE READY TO FIRE.

4. BE CERTAIN OF YOUR TARGET, YOUR LINE OF FIRE, AND WHAT LIES BEYOND YOUR TARGET.

5. ALWAYS WEAR APPROPRIATE EYE AND EAR PROTECTION WHEN SHOOTING AND MAINTAINING YOUR FIREARM.

Prosecutor in the Rittenhouse trial takes the AR (an admitted exhibit), says his assistant "checked it to be sure it isn't loaded, " then without himself opening the action to confirm unloaded, raises it and points it in the direction of the jury with his finger on the trigger. In addition to it being a stupid move, he quite possibly broke Wisconsin State law in the process that makes intentionally pointing a firearm at or toward someone a Class A Misdemeanor. Wisconsin statute 941.20c.

This man should have been removed from the courtroom after that stunt

“Attorney flags entire courtroom with finger on trigger” would be a better title
