The Virtually Versailles exhbition in Hangzhou

Our exhibition #VirtuallyVersailles was opened with a celebration concert of the “Royal Opera House”. The last song of the concert was the romantic melody of "China in the Lights" (灯火里的中国), which closed this concert celebrating the 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and France.

According to Laurent Salomé, Director of the Château de Versailles, this exhibition presents previously unseen content about Versailles. You can experience the mysterious parts of Versailles in interactive games and various experiences.

The #VirtuallyVersailles exhibition is one of two significant events in China commemorating the 60th anniversary of diplomatic relations between China and France. The other event is the 'Forbidden City and Palace of Versailles' exhibition, currently held at the Forbidden City in Beijing.
