I will do 25 kg deep squat than doing 100 squat because not training for endurance

I actually respect everything, but i just want to tell that your form wasnt the best . Try fixing it and move vertically down and not more horizontally ❤

Go fix your form. That was an awful squat form, like, to the point where i dont think you can even do 1 legged squat

Edit: just realised i didnt explain it:
1. His shoulders were slightly in front of his knees
2. He let his back rest and looked down
3. Relaxed his hips
4. Sometimes used his calves to compensate for a lack of power in the legs


And those were the thing i found from watching it once sped up. So i think its safe to say its not very good form
