Arun: I am the farthest thing from a "pro" photographer - just a point and shoot guy with a generally decent sense of framing [the thirds rule I think its called]. Nevertheless, I have watched a ton of head to head smartphone camera comparisons and can honestly say this: this video was by far the very best, most easily understood of its kind I have ever seen.

Clear and precise and using language even a non-photographer like me can appreciate and mostly understand.

The flickering light is not because it's low light, it's because those street illuminating poles use alternative curent with 50/60hz, that means that, in reality, the light pole is flickering itself, you, as a human, see it normal because our brain does something very simillar to motion blur, in order to keep us from getting dizzy.

After your review and comparison i got the one plus 6 and it still is working like it was brand new, no lags, still great camera and is going strong and it's a perfect balanced phone till now.
