society is losing the need for more Euphoria. when season 3 finally comes out it’ll be damn near 7 years since it aired, a lot of us have moved on😭

Jacob Elordi hates Nate ALMOST as much as Robert Pattinson hates Edward Cullen 😂

Both Euphoria and The Idol were stolen projects from female directors and writers that replaced Sam Levinson mid way through. He's credited for the success but he's not the brains behind the beauty. It's the women. He just snatches it and put his weird perry spin on it.

at this point lets just leave Euphoria alone, when are we getting The White Lotus???😭

Euphoria was over for me the moment Angus Cloud passed away.

Not only because Fez was my favorite character, but because symbolically Angus dying from an overdose almost feels like a curse for a show about drug abuse. It’s incredibly sad and he deserved better.

It would almost certainly be incredibly traumatic for everyone involved to continue. The show wasn’t good enough for that kind of mental strain.

IMO Euphoria isn’t that good of a show to have viewers wait THAT long for another season. Sam, yet again, is shitting the bed. This show isn’t that good nor as expensive as at least 3 max shows I can think of.

When euphoria came out I was a junior in high school and if S3 ever comes out I will be a college graduate and most probably be starting my PhD. that’s INSANE to me😭

Why is he blaming the actors. There actors like of course they're going to take acting roles when they don't have a schedule of when you're ready to shoot season 3. It's very common for actors on tv shows to also do movie roles while they are on tv shows

I’ve never seen a show get derailed so dramatically.
From the start, it was gonna be HBO’s next (or one of) great shows. It’s been five years and less than twenty episodes.
On a regular HBO schedule, this show would be on its penultimate or final season right now.
Instead, they’re struggling to get a third season off the ground.

Sam Levinson is so dumb. Maybe if he didn’t feel the need to be the sole writer, producer, etc. he could’ve gotten season 3 out. 🤷🏽‍♂️

I just want to know why the hell it hasn’t been cancelled yet??? HBO isn’t getting a sure thing out of this and if it was any other show it would be cancelled & shelved.

I know that Zendaya is very invested in Rue's story and seeing it through - she's expressed how much Rue means to her, that she deserves a happy/optimistic ending, that several people have told her how important Rue is to them, etc - and of course Sam wants to do more with this series he created, but why is HBO still entertaining this? How is Hollywood still trying so hard to work with this guy? It's been years now, actors have moved on, the actor of the most beloved character tragically passed, fans seem pretty checked out and were very vocal about how unimpressed they were with the previous season, that same previous season itself had several issues during production including not meeting deadlines and last minute changes being made as the show was airing, the more reasonable & amiable half of a dynamic duo passes away, too, so now there's nobody there to temper Sam's worst impulses... Why are they still chugging along like this show is still worthwhile & a good idea to go along with? Its cultural impact was kinda limited to season 1, and although season 2 had the whole world talking, a lot of that talk was largely critical of the show's quality. Why are we still talking about this, at this point? What info are they working off of that we the audience can't see, that is keeping them trying so hard to juggle all these balls??

Season 1 came out before I started my freshman year of high school. I’m a sophomore in college now :(

This show came out when my baby just turned 1 when the show comes back I'll have a 7 year old and a newborn. They can keep season 3 😅

Maybe Euphoria could have gone down the Skins route of having different casts to stay within that highschool environment and then doing some mini series about the maturer members of the cast at some point down the line

I think an interesting time jump factor would be about a high school reunion. They could also imply that Rue has been sober for several years and explore the nuances that can lead to relapse and finding one's way out of that sort of pitfall.
They would acknowledge Angus' passing and how it impacted the way they all moved forward in their lives.
I'm also interested to see how Cassie and Maddy's beef went in the future. Like what if they (no longer being friends) are in competion business wise and there is a lot of bsck biting there.

I’m literally scared for this season. Like it started when I was in early middle school… when it’s out I’m going to be graduating high school.
