I wonder if impairment or scarcity of topoisomerase enzymes could be part of the mechanism that causes an elongation of the CAG triplets...

I compared the number of deaths caused by pneumonia in years prior to Covid, in Brazil, and they show that they were actually higher than nowadays.

Are the truncated proteins in Huntington disease the result of the formation of inadvertent stop codons due to the methylation followed by spontaneous deamination of Citosina in CAG triplets? If true, could Decitabine be used to slow down or prevent it?

When a foreign peptide is produced in the cytoplasm, it should be useful to add an export signal so that it could be available for the immune cells; otherwise those peptides encoded by the viral mRNA gene would remain inside the cells. Some of the most potent venoms are a mixture of peptides, for example from cone snails. Hopefully the isolated viral genes won't be dangerous.

Concerning pneumonia, one should keep in mind that there are many causes and diagnosis can be difficult. There are reports of deaths caused by accidents and natural causes, as if they had been caused by Covid.

How are mRNA vaccines delivered across cells membranes? Lyposomes?

Perhaps the quantity of DNA glycosylase enzymes should be investigated in Huntington disease patients cells; because they can correct although slowly, errors like inadvertent methylations in DNA. Perhaps such enzymes genes could be expanded.
