Hey guys! Can I get a vote on what you prefer watching, GoPro footage or this Insta360 footage?

We’ve been using the Insta360 because you can see more of the bike which I think looks nice and makes it easier to go vertical for short format socials. But I’m noticing a lot of comments with people saying they don’t like it!

GoPro Wide is the most watchable. Less bike in the screen but far more natural.
AJ if I might call you that.
The shadow is super important. So time of day must be considered. The important thing is the shadow shows forward and backwards lean timing and position. And other body positions POV doesn’t show. My shadow looks just like AJ which is very satisfying Love the tiny MOTO MAN.

Can you do a video on things you can do at home to get better on the bike without being able to ride? I saw the “rolling down the hill” video and liked that! Anything else to do in the garage? Body positioning, exercises anything like that? Maybe Bicycle drills to help with form?

I did this at wildcat Mx LLAQ in 2019 first time ever being there. Turned into a mudder so we didn’t do practice and first last Moto 1 I was top 5 cleared everything by following the guys in front of me and got a 3rd in 250B. regionals at Baja acres went up a week in advance to practice and ended up with a torn ACL PCL MCL and my meniscus
