I would love about 100x more videos about fasteners and the trade offs. Material types, screw types, nut and bolt types. I’m a new DYIer and frankly there are just way too many choices and options and currently i just head to the big box store and get something that kinda looks right but have very little idea if I’m even close to having a correct solution. Does it effect the joint, if the self driven screws are driven by hammer blows instead of screwing them by screw driver because the former is common when the screws are used in large projects like attaching roofing sheets to timber.
