Has been one of my favourite movies - animated or otherwise - since the moment I saw it. Great great film.

In a way this was turned into a live-action film and that is Black Swan. The resemblances are quite remarkable and I think Aronofsky has even admitted how much he was inspired by Perfect Blue.

Yeah, a cracking psychological thriller. Only saw it a year or two ago.
