It's been two months of quarantine for us, staying in the house in Phuket, Thailand. We're very grateful for every day and share with you what a typical day for us as yoga teachers and content creators looks like.

Breathe and Flow is a travel, yoga and lifestyle channel. They are trained in vinyasa yoga, hatha yoga, yin yoga, myofascial release therapy, reiki, prenatal yoga and are certified in Functional Movement Screen (FMS) Level 1 and 2, as well as certified Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) Mobility Specialists. Bre and Flo have taught at several premium yoga studios in the San Francisco Bay Area for many years and are teaching their retreats, workshops and at festivals around the world.

i just came across your channel, seeking solutions to lost of flexibility and back pain, and your channel is changing my life. Like you, i had issues from bjj, cross fit and mma training, which eventually lead to a blown disc and surgery. It healed well, albeit long, and i got to traditional gym training again but things were never the same, driven by lack of flexibility, some pain and a mental block of fear. I had enough and now am diligently following your training and i am on on a journey back to a strong and functional body. Thank you for sharing it with us! I am not going to the gym anymore and am committed to evolving into the best that i can be following the training style you to you both and to everyone!!!!

You beautiful beings! Loved every vibe and thought in your sharing. Most of the building blocks of your daily routine are very similar to ours, including abundance and gratitude and beingness as a flow state for most of the time. Covid has even helped us move deeper into this space, what with home office and short workweeks ever since April (and never mind the fact that my company might be crashing or slashing employees soon). My heart resonates with the energy you two are sending out in every single way, both in terms of your partnership, your food choices, your respect for your bodies, your unpretentious and non-judgmental, non-preaching spirituality, your music-making and much more. The one thing that astonished me most while watching this, though, is how beautifully you have wed Being with long-term goals! I‘ve been dabbling in Daoist inspiration for a year or so, after having sort of automatically lived in accordance with it without realizing it was any kind of approach at all. And in the Tao Te Ching, for example, doing flows out of inner impulses rather than being anything like a Confucius discipline or something. Now I see you two being so structured and still (!) living in the moment, and that fascinates and inspires me, and makes me a bit less suspicious of what might happen to my soul if I started to put more energy into manifestation as well as a more structured approach to so-called „goals“, as in things whispered to me by my soul that are not always getting the energy they call for in order to manifest. So thank you for indirectly nudging me more into „future mode“. I had been sort of avoiding future-related musings for fear they might sidetrack me from being with what is present. You guys embody a true marriage of everything. Much love to you!

I completely agree with your routines especially for such clever habits like having good sleeping time and healthy meals. I've also managed to commence laying a little bit earlier in the evening to have the opportunity to sleep enough even if waking up early in the morning. I started feeling like having more day time than before and built a powerful instrument to take care of myself and to don't waste precious life time doing harmful things. As someone already said, your contents are very inspiring and I love the fact you take care of yourself and of us too. I'll stay tuned 🙏

I'm gonna be honest, the second-to-best thing in this channel after the yoga is how Flo pronounces "focus" (fokus), please don't change it. Thank you for the great content and stay safe.

I saw your breathing video in my recommendations few weeks back and have been doing it daily, after that followed by Om, the vibration and results have changed which I never experienced before. I also started practicing IGNITE during the day and Embark in the evening. I kind of feel I want to keep on doing more and that feeling is amazing. It's like my body and soul is smiling. thank you so much, you guys are doing amazing work. God bless you both! Namaste

When you talked about how you work about 4 hours a day but it's very focused and productive work, I do believe you and that's why I believe workers should fight for a 20 hours work week. If not for health and quality of life of the workers, at least for productivity. It's been tried and tested and workplaces that adopted a 20 hours work week are more productive than competitors.

You guys are amazing. Any more videos with yoga/pranayama/meditation all together outside the 28 day program. That combination all in the same video works wonders as there is no need to leave the yoga state of mind into meditation. Keep up the great work and the great life!!!

Thank you for your lovely video. I work from home for three months. After finished my work, I always watch your video and do yoga at home for an hours in the afternoon. It became my daily routine. I would like to say Thank you cause you become my yoga partner in my life. I hope that I can attend your class someday. :)
