As I do DD for VC red flags are mostly revenues, lendings and borrowings. Since companies know that VC mostly look at revenue traction, its quite manipulative area. Ive noticed that they pump revenues by presenting all revenues (current and deffered) in same year. And in these companies accounting is very, very bad.

Hi Urmil, thanks for the video. After watching point #1 truth, I have a feeling that the work is pretty much similar to what auditor would do? For example checking whether revenue is recorded in the right period, the existence of machinary, etc.
