This woman is generous to think that someone was missing him when she posted on facebook and notified the vets office (I'm aware she also wanted to see if he was chipped); no one was looking for that dog, not if they left him in a trash bag. I can't be surprised anymore, we people do horrible things to our own selves let alone animals. I'm grateful for this couple taking on this dog, it's a big responsibility, and I'm grateful for all people who help animals in need, thank you for seeing all creatures as gifts.
