One Voice to 'The Voice' Steve Perry told by Forrest McDonald Comments from his fans Music Moments. Music Moments with the Old Time Rock and Roller Forrest McDonald. This musical moment is titled One voice to the 'Voice' my friend Steve Perry has millions of fans. Oh my goodness Forrest I'm crying. What a beautiful compilation of incredible stories from such devoted fans. I know when Steve sees this, he will need to grab a box of tissue. To hear the actual stories of one man, one voice that touched the hearts of millions. Each of us hope that at least one thing that we do in our lives would be something that would impact the life of another. Touch it so deeply that it changed their lives for the better. Listening to these stories, it is quite obvious he has. Thank you so much for doing this for our guy.

This was really great Forrest!! I've loved "That Voice" since the love of my life introduced me to Journey when we were 15!! Decades later, Steve would help me with my grief when he released Traces as I watched my husband of 33yrs cross over. I understand all the love being shown. I really hope Steve gets to see them. Thank you for doing this! I'm sure it means the world to those you highlight!! Oh and if you ever get a chance to put a bug in his ear...I would die to hear him sing the entire song "Let It Be Me", that he sang a portion of acapella, on his "Strange Medicine" tour.

I have his music and your voice every day during good and bad moments. Love you both…. Go SF Giants!!!! Work in Pediatric Hospice in home so hearing both voices helps to get to a brighter morning. It was Steve’s music that got me thru losing both parents months apart…In my younger years in 79-81 I used to work extra jobs to be able to get to more concerts….from TheEast Coast to Chicago . It was such a great experience sharing our love of all things Steve Perry. I did not send in a letter but I sure have one composed in my head.
