Signagelive for Samsung Smart Signage Displays

Signagelive has been working with Samsung since October 2012 to support their range of Smart Signage Displays and deliver System On Chip (SOC) digital signage solutions globally.

Samsung Smart Signage Displays are available in sizes from 10" to 95" and eliminate the requirement, costs and maintenance of an external media player; replacing an external media player with a chip inside the display.

Signagelive has developed a HTML5 media player optimised for Samsung Smart Signage Displays. In addition to fullscreen and multi-zone layouts, the Signagelive support for Samsung Smart Signage Displays includes;

- Landscape and portrait content supported
- Offline playback of stored media
- Video, IPTV, HDMI input, Images, Webpages, MediaRSS and RSS Text support
- Screen on/off scheduling
- Device monitoring of temperature, storage space, connectivity and overall operational status
- HQ and local content update and changes
- Layered content with transparent images over video
