Your video struck a chord with me. About six months ago I bought a "preowned" Tudor Pelagos 39 in titanium for $3200. There wasn't a scratch on it so I'm pretty sure it was brand new. I wear it every day and love it! Very similar to what you did.

Man I don’t know. I love your content but to each their own. This looks like an every day Seiko orCitizen except it cost $2600 more. I think luxury watches or watches at this price range are a mindset. You’re convinced it’s better in reality it’s just a watch.

Congrats, its a gorgeous piece. Fun fact about the Ranger, the bracelet is interchangeable with the BB58. So if the fake rivets bother you, you can just do a quick swap

Seems like your reason for buying the Ranger is related to the relative lack of success of the model.
Appears to be aimed at people who really want an Explorer but are either unwilling or unable to pay for one. Hope you enjoy it but I suspect it's going to be following the intermittently popular Oris out of the collection to pay for next years "Grail", perhaps another Oris.
