ROCK BOTTOM - UFO (Michael Schenker) Solo Cover KDA.

Number 41 on my list of the most underrated, underappreciated and/or unknown guitar solos of all time with this absolute classic from Micheal Schenker and UFO.

Ritchie Faulkner said he admired Michael Schenker for not just the notes he plays, but the spaces between the notee. michael has such amazing tone phrasing and sense of melody, in my opinion hes unmatched.

Absolutely one of my favorite 'solo songs' ever! UFO is one of those great bands to just blast at full volume while sitting on the balcony enjoying the sun.

The studio version of this solo is great, but in my view the live version on strangers in the night just might be the greatest hard rock solo ever. Just mind blowing. Last time I checked YouTube, no one has yet attempted to do a breakdown lesson on it. Always enjoy your vids and awesome playing/lessons!

Finally, a cover that sounds exactly like the original. Most of the covers I heard (and some live shows as well) sounds so wildly different. Maybe is a thing with tuning, but I don't know.

On Schenker first record I ever saw or bought from him was Assault Attack. Just an arm with a Gibson V. Love it still

Awesome video as usual! Michael Schenker was undoubtedly one of the most talented guitarists of his time. Are we ever going to see some Rudolf Schenker on your channel? I feel like he is one of the most underrated guitarists ever, and I don't think he has a single bad solo. Still loving you is probably one of the most beautiful and melodic solos ever written.
