SVS Ultra Tower Speakers Sound Sample

I made this video for the people who can't audition the speakers or the equipments.

Note: This video is posted straight out of the camera and recorder. No video or audio post processing other than adding titles.

This video/Audio will not sound 100% accurate as auditioning in the real world, however I would recommend using good monitor headphones and play in HD to get best sound quality for your reference. (My reference headphones are Sony MDR7506 & Audio-Technica ATH-M50)

I moved on from the Ultra Towers last year and have been through 3 sets of speakers that I thought would be "upgrades" - I was disappointed with all 3. Sold them all and ordered another pair of Ultra Towers to complement my Forte III's. More expensive certainly does not always mean better.

Yea definitely need more power. I was pushing my ML Motion 40's with 200 watts, and that wasn't enough. I doubled the power and they really came alive.

a lil flat sounding, they are very pleasent sounding tho...thats a plus...they have a ton of competition at this price and lower, and they have been out about 4 years now to...

What kind of camera were you using? It sounds quite good.

In comparison to other speakers I've heard on your channel, I find these a bit bass heavy and dead. They're not as well defined as the others.

ja i run Ultra Towers, Ultra Center...Ultra Bookshelfs in a 5.0.2 setup (im waiting to move to an aura3d setup with a voice of god i think ) >>>
BUT... there is enough bass for me from the towers even in movies to enjoy big explosions ... i didnt feel the need to buy a sub (for now) ...
so ja... and i dont feel the need to move to something else...i rather build ontop of what i have now .. better amps/heights

These speakers sounds werry clear.. And have bass... But there is something that i can not put the finger on exacctly whats problem is... The sound feels stressfull.. Edgy... Youtube and a pad dont gives the best of course....we al have different ears and hearing.. So the best is lissening on them in real bef judge.. Thanks for the clip.. It was Great 🙏🧙‍♂️🕺

sounds good to me, or my speakers. I have a SVS PB 4000 sub woofer when cars pass by my house I make there janky rides shake and the trunks rattle as if they had a sub in there rides, lol.

The SVS bookshelfs are more opened and detailled.

The first of all they're playing bad music they need to play something classical or even something symphonic and again like everyone else stated they don't have nowhere near enough amperage power to slam these appropriately
