I would include the following in the app:

Lookup tables for Breeds and Temperaments, with the respective selection via pickers in the xaml code. After selection, the respective foreign keys would be updated in the main viewmodel (Pets). It's a situation present in almost all 'real' applications, which could be instructive for your followers and occasional visitors to your channel.
It would also include fields for 'Chipped', 'Sterilized' and 'Notes'
You could also include historical records for 'Vaccinations', 'Dewormers (internal and external)' and 'Vet appointments'.

If my suggestions make sense, you would have the opportunity to make a 'Part II' video on the same topic.😎
