How do I catch the bus from the airport to Mykanos Town and then MT (Mykanos Town) to Ornos?

Hello! I'm from India. Planning a 14 days tour to Greece with my partner in late October (20th October to 2nd November). Would like to visit Mykonos for 2/3 days. Does the Island shut down after 20th October? Is the weather still pleasant? What about the nightlife of Mykonos? Please help.
