You should definitely see it in person to uncover its hidden stories but let’s give you an interesting detail: The castle, you see in the video, served as a border fortress in the #Hittite Period against the invasion of northern clans. And on the monumental gates of the castle, there are inscriptions in both #Phoenician and Anatolian #hieroglyphics, being the two earliest languages in #Anatolia and in the #Mediterranean!
