Starting and customizing the PowerShell console

Hey i have a question. When you run the PS as admin I see that the default directoy is : C:\Windows\system32>

And when you run it normally is just : C:\Users\username>

How can I change that ? Because i have my powershell as admin, and i always have to switch directories until I get Users😥
