Dortmund generate a large portion of their revenue from gate receipts - Ask yourself, do you really think they will be packing in 80k fans in to the Signal Iduna any time soon? TV money in Germany is nothing like what it is in England. Once finances worsen for German clubs there will be a firesale of their top talent.

United is the busiest club in the world in being linked to other players; Other clubs are busier than United in actually linking players to their club by signing them. We can't sit around for a year waiting for Sancho to maybe fill the vital rightwing position in 2021.

Hello SP, it's obvious that MUFC would need about 250M pounds in this transfer window to progress into a title winning team. One centre back, a Kai Havertz type midfielder because Bruno/Pogba could be injured and a great right sided goal scoring forward of Gnabry, Sancho or perhaps Bale. I think that even keeping Smalling and getting Havertz and Sancho could be enough.

I was a major critic of Martial's approach in the past, but I gotta say the improvements he's made this past season have been excellent. His potential was always obvious to see, but with his renewed appetite and work rate him realising that potential is a much more believable prospect. I quite like him as a player now. He could be one of the top 5 strikers in the world before too long.

120 M for an attacker, unproven in the PL means either Martial, Rashford, or Greenwood become expensive and unhappy bench warmers. We already saw what signing Sanchez did to Martial's form and attitude, and who's to say that all the Sancho hype isn't what's been killing Rashford's game of late. So what's the point, when what we really need is at the back.
