Thank you so much for this vid! Did you know repeated lateral eye movement (moving the eyes from side to side) is shown to reduce stress and anxiety? It suppresses the amygdala's role in initiating a fear response. It also simultaneously signals the release of dopamine. I would love to see a video with more slower eye movement segments and light triggers. You do it best ❤
