2011-2017 Honda Odyssey HVAC Diverter and Heater Blend Door / Mixer Replacement. Walks through the fix for the vent position not adjusting between face, defrost, and feet. It also quickly goes over replacing the heater blend / hot&cold mixer.

I personally found it easier to get the white grooved wheel aligned and installed without the motor. Then install the motor after. This ensured the lever tabs were properly inside the groove.

I'm having an issue where I can't run the circulating air. When I switch to "ac/off" the AC still runs. I can only completely turn the AC on or off. Would this be an issue with upper or lower mode actuator shown in your video?

What if every vent work accept the two middle one ? Sonetime it work n sometime it don’t is it the same issue?

How tight were your screws? The 3rd visible screw was easy to get off. I can't get the other two screws off. Even tried a 7mm socket. They are just on too tight. Shops want a $1000 to fix this. I might have no choice since I can't get the darn screws off.

Where did you get the entire assembly, not just the motor?

At it over an hour... My shoulders can't take any more of this. Those to two screws are impossible to get out!

you are replacing the actuator only. Not the blend door. please reword your description.
