UNF - New Feature Film Crowdfunding Trailer

Показать описание
Shooting has begun on our new feature. A road movie love story. We ask for your support to complete the film. Head to Indiegogo...
JACOB is settling into a new life in the city. EVA is the secret daughter of Ingmar Bergman. They collide into each others' life. Both characters suffer from schizophrenia.
Lyre Productions have produced 2 feature films - award-winning Scottish road movie THE INHERITANCE and Edinburgh love story THE SPACE BETWEEN.
Whilst telling an entertaining story, this film aims to celebrate the hope, humour & inspiration of people with schizophrenia, shed some light and destroy a few myths about this psychiatric disorder.
For 3 years I’ve been conducting research, and examining the responsibilities that lie with filmmakers. Advice, experience & thoughts of Professor Stephen Lawrie have been invaluable.
“The arts, and film in particular, have a role in reducing the stigmatization of mental illness, and they provide opportunities to hear stories about mental illness in a way that corrects the myths and stereotypes that people have about these conditions."
Professor Stephen Lawrie
Head of Psychiatry, University of Edinburgh.
