The DC Circuit Court of Appeals reiterated Judge Chutkan: "Every President will face difficult decisions ... whether to intentionally commit a federal crime should not be one of them."

All the Supreme Court has to do is "UPHOLD THE RULING OF THE DC COURT" Period that is it and they don't have to deal with it. The problem is, he installed Judges to the Supreme Court for a purpose and that was to carry out his wishes and demands. I have personally lost all faith in them!

The claim of "Absolute Immunity" is so absurd that the Federal Court of Appeals should have not only dismissed it, but also have issued strong reprimand and punishment against Don the Con's attorneys who filed such an absurd and preposterous claim. Wasting the time of the court must be punishable by law.

Political parties don't weigh and decide indictments, grand juries do. Political parties don't decide guilt or innocence in trials, juries do. Political parties don't oversee those trials and decide sentencing, judges do.
Congratulations Donnie. You're not immune to the process of getting held accountable by that system, and for the first time in your life, you can't just throw a pile of money at it to make the consequences go away.

All this indicates we need a lot of judicial and legislative reform. The process is taking way too long and leaves too many things indefinite. A healthy democracy shouldn’t have to endure this, and should protect itself from all this idiocy.
