The lyrics speak a lot for someone who has anxiety and has trouble expressing themselves.
You want to say something but you're afraid you'll talk too much or too little but then people miss your point, so you end up regretting talking about it in the end. At times, you'll bottle everything up because it's better to keep things to yourself than to entrust it to other people. And then you overthink. You're in a bad shape but you keep quiet and give way for someone else to tell how they feel.

These are the meanings that this song conveyed to me. The song itself is very deep and beautiful. ❤️

I used to listen this song a lot at my hometown while I was cooking dinner for my family. This song was one of the songs I used to listen everyday. And suddenly, I got a chance to study abroad and I thought it was good for me. And now I can't listen to this song anymore not because I don't like it but because I feel like I am drowning whenever I try to listen. It reminds me of my hometown, my parents laugh, watching movies together with my brother, the feeling of looking at the window while cooking, the feeling of playing with my dog in the yard, the smell of the rain, my mom cooking curry beside me.
