I love Humanoid!! Of course it does synth, vocoder and hard tune effects but it also can be used more subtle. I've been using it to get an incredibly expensive sounding high end on my lead vocals in everything from a pop to country track. If you already have a tuned vocal duplicate that track and put Humanoid on the dupe... Make sure to be in "scale mode" and turn off "key" and have "quantize" turned all the way down. In "Utility" crank the "range" all the way up, "de-ess" to noon, "gate" at 2 o'clock and "smoothing" up to about 80%. From there it's up to you to dial in your SYNTHESIZE and FILTER section to taste. Whatever you do make sure to HPF... I set mine around noon. I also crank the "widen" effect. When you got the sound you want mix it in with your lead vocal to taste

You can even put auto-tune on a track with humanoid already auto-tuning it and it gives you this super cool futuristic/hyperpop type sound. If you add some distortion too before the autotuning in the chain then it really gives you a crazy vocal effect. Kanye-ish

Hi please help me guys my audio is always choppy like its doesnt get a constant input signal or something like that.

Ive got a good system with a good mic and a scarlet 2i2 interface...

When i start humanoid in the window of synthesize the wave pattern is irationally blinking.

What am i doing wroong?

How do you set it up in Ableton 12 so that the plug in is triggered by a midi keyboard? I'm guessing that you need to two tracks, one for the midi triggering and and an Audio track - but its not clear in the manual how the two tracks link or which track needs the plug in . - I'm thinking in terms of live performance context etc

i am having issue with humanoid it is making some type of stuttering every 5 seconds im currently just wanting to play around with the plugin so i instaled the trial version is there a way to fix it?

can you guys add a microtuning feature? for example a way to do this would be to offer offsetting by +50 or -50 cents for each note

What is the difference between this and another vocoder plugin? I can't see or hear the difference.
