'Winter Poem' by Marianne Vedral, guitar

"Winter Poem" is the second composition of my booklet "Mosaik"
published by Bergmann Edition.

I recently took a walk with Wolfgang in "Schlosspark Schönbrunn" (Vienna).
It was a really cold but beautiful winter day.
So I took some photos of this wonderful park.

Ta musique, ta guitare est jouée avec autant de savoir faire de par tes doigts mais tellement de par ton cœur.
Avec ou sans images sur ta vidéo et nous verrions tout de même des images. Celles intérieures.
Mais soudain les yeux sur tes photos sur la mélodie et je vois ce temps suspendu. Ce lac, cet oiseau dans ce froid et cette statue de femme figée dans le temps.
Merci Marianne pour ta composition.
Your music, your guitar is played with as much skill from your fingers but so much from your heart.
With or without images on your video and we would still see images. The interior ones.
But suddenly I look at your photos on the melody and I see this time suspended. This lake, this bird in this cold and this statue of a woman frozen in time.

Dear Marianne, WOW! Absolutely beautiful! Amazing! (as the Americans say). It's also beautifully played! It sounds as a duet!
I loved the octave jump at 0:47 where I expected a B on 1st. string and you jump to the open 2nd. B and it becomes obvious why in the next measure! Sweet! 🙂

Beginning with a simple accompanying you introduce a lovely melody, enriched by the accompaniment and a second voice. Then, about 0:37 you begin a charming progression, the melody navigates in higher notes returning to the first motif.
My sincere congratulation for this great eork, a real poetry !!!
