[EN] City Health Conference 2021 Paolo Pertica Award

The aim of the award is to recognise innovation and outstanding contributions to public health interventions for drug and alcohol users within a criminal justice context, leading to positive impacts both for individuals and the community. The Award was established in Paolo Pertica's name in 2004, in recognition of his work in the UK and more widely in Europe. Sadly, Paolo died in 2019, but we are proud to honour his memory by continuing to offer the Award to someone who has contributed significantly to the improvement of knowledge about and assistance for people who use drugs, especially those who are incarcerated.
