1 cup oats
1/3 cup buckwheat flour
2tbsp sugar
2tbsp maple syrup (or other, such as agave syrup, rice bran syrup etc)
lots of rhubarb
sugar, cinnamon & vanilla extract to taste

I love crumbles! I usually mix rhubarb with raspberries and bananas, then it's sweeter. 😄

Making a rhubarb crumble today but really stuck with which method to go with as they're all different. The rhubarb looks quite hard and not as juicy at the end of the video. Was it actually soft and juicy texture wise and it doesn't come across visually or would I be better cooking it a while longer?

i have apples right now, so i may try this out and replace the rhubarb with them (:
