In my youth i travelled the world as a vegetarian and France was the most insanely difficult country to be vegetarian I experienced. Huge amounts of attitude, and always trying to put fish or eggs into my food. I got heartily sick of eating ratatouille (skiing holiday where hotel served set menus. I asked if being vegetarian who didn't eat eggs would be a problem. Was assured they could cater for me. They didn't).
This is very encouraging. I guess times change.

Vergan here too. looks all fantastic but im not a fan of copied meat taste. too many vegan food tour looks same.
would love to see more vegan food based on natural vegetables.

Thank you for sharing this! My husband and I will be in Paris for a conference (covid permitting) in June. Hubby is vegetarian and I am vegan and I was really worried I would be struggling while we were there. We are taking a short holiday after the conference to take a little trip around the south of France for a couple weeks but we will have rented accommodation so will be able to cook our own meals. I am really looking forward to going to Paris now that I know there are places to eat. 💚

Carbs and sugars are also not good for your health if you are talking about animal fats and too much fat in general is not healthy.
