Something I absolutely ADORE about this shot is the rhythm. The dialogue is so lively, and I love how Martins beautifully uses the knife, the hands, the slicing through the rope to hit that rhythm without making it feel too obvious. For the line "don't send their kids to school" I love how the rhythm of the antic back on the knife then the BIG swing forward works with the rhythm of the line delivery. Fantastic animation. Solid draftsmanship. Absolutely masterful.
