Yes I'm sure I'm not the first person asking why this woman isn't in jail? They gave a subpoena or court order to Lori Vallow telling her she had 5 days to produce her children or she'd be jailed. She didn't produce them, and she was jailed. Why can't they do the same to this woman?

Why are these parents allowed to just say, "Well, they were kidnapped. And then nothing, we're just looking for a kid that's never going to be found. She should be arrested and charged with child abandonment, child abuse, and neglect. Her sentence should be permanent until she releases information on his wearabouts.

More importantly, why would custody of those children be given to a woman proven to be unstable? This court system does not always make the right decisions. She probably killed that child...

She should have been arrested for child abuse/endangerment right from the beginning. Leaving a sick infant in a car unattended is in itself a crime, (if that's what she's claiming) She could also be charged for obstruction of justice. The fact that she's just been able to move on and is allowed to keep her new child is sickening. What good is declaring her an unfit mother if you let her keep the child?! Who's looking out for the child's best interests?
