I came across your video. I saw you used the picture of the Old Lake County Jail. Normally this would be our busy time to promote tours and ghost hunts but the city/state has put a No Occupancy on us and will not allow us to open to the public until we get a Change of Occupancy. Historic buildings are always in danger of being lost and all the amazing stories with them, so I love that you used the photo and some history of our town. I grew up here and CP is an amazing place to live, but must always be protected when too much change hurts the reason people would want to live here. Great job on the video !

A little late to the show, but the City of Crown Point has Lake Michigan water since the late 90’s.

Lived here for a very long time and it is NOT THE SAME, very crowded. Building houses in our wetlands all around the Fairgrounds. Don't even try to go around the square, take the back streets.
