For everyone that is struggling with this: I had trouble with this because I was not fast enough. Then I decided to take off my weapons and display my armor (I was hiding my chest amor before that). That helped me get the trophy because I got more speed. Also try starting with O button press to gain more speed. These tips helped me get the trophy. Good luck.

run. push forward with the left stick and steer with the right camera stick. worked instantly

Took me a few tries. Make sure and SAVE before you attempt. I had a bird that is not in the video that kept making me stand on the right turn

Just done this myself. Follow the video (save at the top, a manual save) and if it doesn't pop just restart the game. I tried 6 times and nothing, restarted the game (as in exit back to console/PC home menu then load the game again) and it worked. I did press B to start the slide, let go of B and kept the left stick pushed forward, turning when needed. Hope this helps!
Edit: Clarified "restart" to be reload the game NOT restart from the beginning.

I know this is a year after this video was posted but hopefully this helps someone if the trophy glitches. I came back to Norway after being in England and this trophy was glitched for me no matter how many times I tried to get it until after I closed my game and started it back up. Tried it once after restarting and got the trophy. Playing on PS5 if that helps! ☺️

Yea I've attempted this about 10 times now. I even set a marker where eivor stops and I'm about 200 meters out but cannot get it to pop.

Banged it out first try thanks to the video on ps5. perfect start easy as pie. I remember doing this on the ps4 and it took me about 6 or 7 tries.
