Am currently enjoying catching up on your videos. This was interesting watching you go through the thought processes about your EDC & uniform etc.
As you appear to be going with a pocket-based EDC, one of the best things that you can add is the Victorinox 'Rambler'. OK it's not as manly as a bulky leatherman, but IMHO it is the best EDC swiss army knife - as it provides so much practical day-to-day functionality for its lightweight tiny form factor (and its cheap). It will easily fit in your pouch, or not even be noticed amongst your keys. Plus it will also allow you to shed some items from your current EDC (if you want to).

Dude if I was gonna make one suggestion to add to your carry seriously look into little flashlights. It’s in that same vein as your watch where it’s technically on your phone, but it’s come in handy for me so often. I’ve rocked a Streamlight Microstream for going on 3 years now and I regret nothing. Whether it’s shows for my band, working around the house, camping, or really anything else it’s been a lifesaver so many times.

10:29 In regards to jeans not fitting right: look for a shop in town that does alterations. Price varies by tailor / seemstress, but it's usually pretty affordable. The place near me is about $10-15/ pair of jeans. They will fit perfectly after that. If you go that route, buy jeans that fit the largest area well and then have the rest of it taken in. Like a haircut it's easier to remove material than add to it.

I carry light and dark grey thread wound up on a tiny plastic spool that's used for sewing machine. It blends somewhat into other colors and becomes useful every once in a while. It's in a pouch in my bag, in my jeans pockets I usually carry tiny victorinox with scissors and nail file and kaweco sport fountain pen. My phone doesnt fit (women's fashion is unkind when it comes to pockets).

I carry everything in my pockets and on my belt ;) Wallet, phone, lighter, car keys, knife and notebook with pen in my pockets. Lm super tool 300m, ratchet, flashlight and bits on my belt in a holster. Always a watch and bracelet. Additionally JBL headphones and hank in my wallet ;)

You have Otterbox case ;) one of the best. Im using on my S23 Otterbox Symetry ;) but most of time im use UAG case

I haven’t carried a wallet since 2019. I’ve simply never had any need to have lots of money (notes) or cards with me. I have my credit card and a 20 note tucked inside my phone case - so far not used either. Applepay is accepted pretty much everywhere these days in my country.
