having problems, i was following some random tutorial to make your macbook faster due to it not being able to load ANYTHING and i accidently erased my macintosh HD and i had to make a new disk and installed os X el capitan, and i dont see a mac os sierra update nor search. edit: im using a macbook air

Thanks for the video sir. But I’m still stuck on my Mac OS X El Capitan coz i tried to upgrade but i don’t receive any update notifications on my Mac and when i try to look macOS Sierra but i don’t see even searching on my mac. What do i do sir?

What if even after you type it in it does not show? I cannot get any OS system to show in the App store. My computer crashed after having El Cap and then it downgraded to a 10.8 system.

I bought myself an elgato and need Sierra to run the software for it. When Sierra is done downloading, I click Agree when going through the installation steps, when it comes to the "install in disk" part, I can't click on my Macintosh HD disk. Is there a certain amount of free space in order for it to work?
