I am getting my first seed tray started today. I discovered that apparently not all seed trays are the same. The plastic containers that sit down in the larger tray of what I bought are quite a bit smaller than the planting pellets I bought. I discarded the plastic containers and just used the larger tray and put the pellets in it. I guess we will see how well this works. Thanks for your video.

If i want more seeds planted, i usualy pole 3 holes around the jiffy and 1 in a middle, make 4 plants, i can always split the jiffy when replanting... good advice, works well

I grew up with a farmers almanac in my home, and yes planting with the moon is key, my mother always planted with the moon. she always said 'the moon governs the earth.' She even clip our hair according to the moon.😀

starting seeds outdoors...its last week in April San Diego..50s nights 60s to 70s days.... The advice I got from the garden center was to open the top days, water once a day...then they agreed with me to close the cover nights and cover with a folded over blanket...
the cover fogs over during the day if I don't take it off!!
