At this point realtime reflections aren't possible, they are too computationally expensive. The most efficient way of do it is by collecting pixel data from the local viewport. Screen-Space-Reflections (SSR). Also applying an cubemap on the differed material.

If i was you i will ask Beamng for their physics on the cryengine or maybe a partnership with them but believe me if you ever integrated that  on your game you will be competing with the best racing games on the market !

0:22 your car is floating. Try to reduce the polygons of the wheel or create a better proxy.
