I’m a US physician. So it’s extremely difficult to become a licensed physician in Japan since I’d have to redo residency…and I think even redo med school depending on the forum I read. Is it possible to get on track for permanent residency if I have a remote job as a physician while living in Japan and paying Japan tax?

I wonder how hard for someone like me, no graduation, not interested ij marrying someone from japan, no jp background and coming from a shit country (Brazil) to actually get a permanent visa in JP. I visited Japan recently and I loved the country, but got quite sad when I discovered it's really hard to actually become a permanent citizen.
